Vacation and Beyond is a family travel and lifestyle brand created to inspire, guide, and equip travelers for memorable journeys across Europe and beyond.
Founded by Calin, together with my wife, Sofi, and our children, Alex and baby Vlad, Vacation and Beyond began as a personal passion project — a way to share our family’s travels, discoveries, and practical tips from exploring beautiful destinations, hidden gems, iconic landmarks, beaches, cities, and cultural places across Europe.
Over time, that passion grew into something bigger: a place where travel inspiration, helpful guides, family experiences, and carefully selected travel essentials come together.
Our family has recently grown with the arrival of Vlad, who is now 6 months old. His arrival has added a new chapter to our journey and a new perspective to the way we travel. We now look at destinations not only through the eyes of curious travelers but also through the lens of a growing family — seeking places that are meaningful, practical, beautiful, and memorable for every age.
